Here's something I learned studying 1000+ practices websites: Most brands sound like impersonal committees wrote a generic piece from pictures used to case examples. But people follow authentic people, not committees. They want to see real life.
When every piece of content sounds like one trusted friend talking directly to you, something magical happens. Trust goes up. And when trust goes up, revenue follows.
The spine: Your One Voice System
Think of your voice as your business's personality. Here are the three pillars that make it work... well, "pillars" sounds too formal. Let's call them what they are - the three things that actually matter:
Lexicon: Your verbal fingerprint
Start by defining phrases that become uniquely yours. These are the words you repeat until people hear them and immediately think of you.
For me: "Tiny lift, big revenue." "Systems beat talent." "Clear over clever." When someone reads these phrases, they know it's me. More to come... but these three stick.
Just as important: ban the corporate drivel. No more "synergy," "holistic approach," or "cutting-edge solutions." If it sounds like it came from a boardroom, cut it. Your lexicon should sound like you at coffee with a friend.
Cadence: Your rhythm and flow
Pay attention to how you naturally speak. Do you fire off quick thoughts? Do you take your time explaining? Your writing should match.
Here's my pattern: Short punches that grab attention. Then medium explanations that deliver the insight. Sometimes I'll add a longer thought to let readers breathe and absorb the idea.
If you're naturally formal in person, write formal. If you're direct and no-nonsense, be that way on paper. The goal is to sound like the best version of you, consistently.
Narratives: Your greatest hits
Pick core stories you'll tell repeatedly. Same stories, fresh angles. These become your legend.

People remember stories, not statistics. Your stories become proof that your methods work.
Your anchor asset: A 5-day Educational Email Course
This is where the magic starts. One well-crafted email course becomes the foundation for everything else.
Why start with an email course?
It teaches before it sells. It sets your tone perfectly. And it scales trust automatically while you sleep. Plus... honestly? It's the easiest thing to test and iterate. Much simpler than rewriting your whole website.

Day 0 promise becomes your homepage opt-in block
Days 1-5 lessons transform into weekly social posts

Create carousel posts from your best lessons. Visual learners need love too.
Days 61-90: Proof
Time to show the receipts. Publish a mini case study with real numbers:

Course completion rate
Consultations booked
Show rate and close rate
Track what actually happens, not what you hope will happen.

Here is an example calculation to get a sense of it:
1,000 people see your opt-in = 250 subscribers (25% conversion)

4 show up (40% show rate)
